Smoking Cessation in Low Income Populations

Join us for a tobacco training on March 13th from 2-4pm. Learn about the research being done in our community to increase cessation and reduce health disparities.

Dr. Amy McQueen is Associate Professor and Co-Director of the Health Communication Research Lab at Washington University. She has spent 12 years in St. Louis and her research has focused on cancer prevention and reducing health disparities. She is excited to come speak about her recent studies to develop and test novel strategies to increase tobacco cessation among low-income smokers in Missouri and beyond.
