NCADA Named 2018 TORCH Award Winner

NCADA has been named one of the three charities awarded the Better Business Bureau’s (BBB) TORCH Award for BBB St. Louis. The TORCH Awards recognize businesses and charities that exemplify high ethics in their treatment of customers, employees and suppliers.

“BBB TORCH Awards recognize companies and charities that are committed to exceptional standards and high ethics,” said Michelle Corey, BBB St. Louis President and CEO. “These organizations have truly joined BBB’s mission of advancing marketplace trust in an exemplary way, and they are role models for other businesses and nonprofits in the community.”

“We pride ourselves on quality, on ethics, on outstanding service to our clients,” said Nichole Dawsey, Executive Director. “Being able to have BBB Accreditation behind our name means we’re following rules, and we have standards, and we’re meeting those standards.”

NCADA is a BBB Accredited Charity Seal Holder, a distinction that “is a way that we can differentiate ourselves from other agencies to show our commitment to quality and service.” We are honored to be recognized by the BBB for the second time, alongside other St. Louis organizations that are working hard to better our community.
