You can’t spell wellness without WE

My name is Annie O’Donoghue and I am the President of NCADA’s Wellness Council. The Wellness Council serves as NCADA’s young professional board, consisting of individuals interested in creating inclusive, wellness related events and serving as NCADA brand ambassadors.

We sent out a press release Friday morning, so you will be seeing a whole lot of us on the news, social media, and more. Of course, we wanted you to be the first to know what we have been working so hard on.

The Wellness Council is committed to balance – mind, body, & spirit. We believe in the power of connection in uniting people on their wellness journey.

The wellness trend has been hot for some time now. That’s nothing new.

But. . .

We decided it’s time to elevate the alcohol-free scene in St. Louis.

We strive to make wellness more inclusive, accessible, and an equitable practice for everyone.

We will be hosting events such as meet-ups, happ(ier) hours, speakers, professional workshops and more.

All of our events will be high-end & high-vibe where alcohol is off the menu.

Our goal is to create a world where no one has to feel out of place if they’re not drinking.

We are inclusive – welcoming the sober curious, sober sometimes, those in recovery, and anyone who just doesn’t feel like having a drink or having their social life revolve around it.

Out with the Shirley Temples (well, unless that’s your thing) and in with delicious AF (alcohol free) drinks!

Let’s toast to that!

To stay in the know about future events & all things wellness, make sure to follow us on  Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter, and join the mailing list at

Be well.
